So what's with this 'urban' stuff, Chillie?
"If you're like me, you've lived in Downtown LA for a while and you kind of always notice how real the place feels. You know, rich, greasy, flavored, that 'lived-in' kind of feel. Now that's called life in the Nickel, man. People, real-life people, going about their business at all times of the day or night. Here, our business is living. Know what I mean?"

Like, drink, drugs, a warm body or any combination, yeah, right here on the streets. That experience is what I call urban, man, real urban, just the feel of living in Downtown LA."
